Automatic Document Relationship Deletion

The system automatically deletes the relationship between two documents if one of the documents in the relationship is:

• Deleted from the library
• Set to Invalid
• Set to Obsolete

The document author(s) of the related documents receives an email notification advising that a document is no longer available if a relationship is deleted. If a user is added as the listed document author of more than one document in the relationship, the user will receive only one email message.
