Relationship Indicator

The system automatically populates the Relationship column with a clickable icon ( ) when a relationship is created for a document. This icon persists as long as a relationship exists for any version of a document. The icon identifies that the document has a relationship and provides easy access to the Document Relationship (DR) User Interface (UI).

When a user views documents in a library or a folder, the system displays the Relationship Indicator next to the document that has at least one existing relationship. To access the DR UI, click on the indicator icon. If the icon is not displayed next to a document, it means that no relationship exists for any version of the document.
