Preview
The Preview button under Basics tab is used to review your form settings. Find below the only field available on the tab:
Preview of Your Form
The survey form you have created is displayed here. When it looks right, click Save
Once the survey form is saved, you are taken to a page which displays the HTML for your survey. Make any necessary changes, and then copy and paste this HTML onto the web page where you like to have your survey form.
