Advanced
The Advanced tab under New Survey is used to setup the advanced settings for the form.
The table below explains the fields available on the Advanced tab:

Applies to |
This is used to select the list, site, or server setting that this survey form applies to; the level set here determines the access level required to edit the survey form. Server administrators can edit server, sites, and list surveys. Site administrators can edit sites and lists, and list administrators only edit the lists accessible to them. |
Destination URL (Optional) |
After clicking Save on the survey form, the respondent is taken to the URL specified here. If no URL is specified, they are taken to a Aurea List Manager page thanking them for taking the survey. Note Be sure to type the full path. For example, if you want to direct members to the Lyris web site, type:

Show chart of results |

Prevent duplicate survey fillout by TCP/IP |
This determines whether duplicate responses are allowed for the survey coming from the same IP address.
This may be important in order to not have survey results skewed due to multiple responses from one IP
address, which may throw off the statistical outcome of the survey. To allow duplicate responses, set
