Delete all in this view

This feature allows you to delete all the members in the current view.

You are asked to confirm that you want to delete all the members in the current view, including those that could not be displayed due to the number of members.

An SQL statement also displays, showing you which members are to be deleted.

This feature allows you to use the Members > Find Members feature to find a group of members with a particular feature, and then delete them in bulk.

For example:

  1. Create a segment that selects members whose top-level domain is .gov.
  2. Use Members: Find Members to find all members who meet that criterion.
  3. Use Delete All in This View to delete that group of members.

In order to prevent a list administrator from inadvertently deleting his / her own login rights, Aurea List Manager includes a checkbox titled Don't delete list administrators.

This box is checked by default. If it is checked, then all list administrators are not deleted when the other members are.

If the box is unchecked, then all list administrators, including your own login name, are deleted.
