Choose Demographic fields
This page displays the demographic fields that are available to you in your Members table. To select
demographic fields to include in your form, click on them under Available Demographics, and click the
> button to move them to the Chosen Demographics. To deselect a demographic field, click on the
list name and click the < button to move them to Available Lists. You may use the Ctrl key to
select multiple fields at a time.
