Calendar

The calendar displays your activities and free time based on your personal work hours. You can add new activities to the calendar.

To open the calendar, tap on media/image31.png on the Home tab on your start page.

The calendar is opened in the Month tab. The Agenda tab contains a list of your upcoming activities. By default, activities that start in the past are not displayed.

Note: Your administrator can determine that past activities are also displayed on the Agenda tab. Your administrator can also determine the date that is displayed when opening the calendar.
