Selecting reps
You can enter reps in specific fields. For example, when adding an activity, you are automatically entered in the Rep ID field. You can assign activities to your colleagues by entering them instead.
A rep is a representative of a company who can login to CRM with certain rights for performing administrative, technical, business tasks, etc.
To select a rep:
- Tap on next to the Rep ID field. For further details, see Link fields.
A list of all reps is displayed. Search for the desired rep. For further details, see Searching.
- Tap on a rep to select the rep.
The search area is closed and the rep is entered in the Rep ID field.
