Tiles

Your administrator defines tiles that provide you with an overview of the most important information entered in the current record, such as a company’s ABC classification, revenue, the number of activities, etc.

The Dashboard available on the start page contains several tiles that allow you to access specific information, such as today’s appointments or open opportunities. For further details, see Start page.

Default configured tiles Description
media/image15.png Displays the ABC classification of a company.
media/image16.png Displays the number of child records. In this case, the number of activities.
media/image17.png Displays the results of a predefined search. In this case, the number of open To-Dos.
media/image18.png Displays the type of activity and its priority.

If there are more tiles than can be displayed on the screen, scroll the page to load additional tiles.
