Editing Records

Updating a record in CRM.mobile is possible depending on the permission set by the administrator.

To edit a record:

  1. Switch to the desired record. For further details, see Searching.
  2. Tap on media/image6.png edit to switch to edit mode.
  3. Edit the record.
  4. Tap on media/image46.png or tap on media/image7.png to save in the application menu.

    The record is displayed.
