Quick actions

Your administrator defines quick actions that allow you to quickly access the functions you use most often (e.g. adding records, displaying company locations on the map).

By default, CRM.mobile includes the following quick actions:

media/image12.png New Adds a new record (e.g. an activity).

Your administrator can define default values for new records, e.g. the current date and time can be entered by default in new activities.

media/image13.png Map Displays the location of the current company or person on a map (external application). The map application is device-dependent.

Opens an external application, in this case for telephone calls. Other external applications include Bing Maps, your e-mail client, etc.

Note: Your administrator can customize these quick actions icons.
