Install or Import the Template

Here you can learn how to install the product, upgrade the template and troubleshoot issues.

The template cockpit package includes the additional files (e.g. Jscript, XSLT etc.) compared to a standard web installation.

The topics are with the following abbreviations to give you a better overview:

BS: Business Solutions
OP: Operations

The Template package does not contain records in the text table (04) to improve the speed during the import of the cockpit packet. All translated template texts are saved in the data model. For information on how to translate your texts please follow the instructions in the customization guidelines.

Prerequisites (OP)

Basic win and web installation is done and running.

Important: Please make sure that you turned off all IIS application pools and services (CRM.server, Connector, etc.), associated with the application you want to upgrade.
