Supported Versions

Find the supported version for using industry solution templates.

To use the ISI, LSI or FSI Template V5, the following product versions or higher are required:

• Aurea CRM win Version

  9.1.1.16 – BTB, OTC, FS

• Aurea CRM web Version

  9.1.1.16 – BTB, OTC, FS

• Aurea CRM cockpit Version

  9.1.1.16 – BTB, OTC, FS

• Aurea CRM Template
  • ISI Cockpit Package: TE_ISI_9.1.1.16.zip
  • LSI Cockpit Package: TE_LSI_9.1.1.16.zip
  • FSI Cockpit Package: TE_FSI_9.1.1.16.zip

  Note: The template package required for installation or upgrade is found inside the above packages. Ensure that you unzip the above zip files and use the TE_<VERTICAL>_package_<Version>.zip when importing the package. For example, for the FSI vertical, the template package to import is “TE_FSI_package_9.1.1.16.zip” and can be found when you unzip “TE_FSI_9.1.1.16.zip”.
