Connector is also capable of synchronizing tasks from Aurea CRM to Domino Server. Only status changes are synchronized from Domino to Aurea CRM.

There is no possibility to accept or decline these tasks in Lotus Notes. Other participants of the task are not synchronized to the Domino server. Therefore they are not notified via the Lotus Notes functionality.

Delegation is not supported by connector; if a task is delegated to another person connector ignores this task at all.

If an already synchronized task is delegated to another Rep in Aurea CRM a new task for this Rep is created in Lotus Notes. Note, that there is no deletion mechanism in this case so the original tasks will remain in the mailbox of the original owner (user).

Synchronize tasks: If this check box is selected, appointments are synchronized. To prevent connector from synchronizing tasks at all, de-select the checkbox.

Synchronize tasks every n minutes: Defines the interval (in minutes) at which the connector checks for new or changed tasks to synchronize. Please note that defining a small interval (i.e. forcing the connector to poll the Domino Server more frequently) will cause higher network traffic and a somewhat higher load on the Domino Server.

Time frame settings: Use this option to define how many days in the past and future tasks are synchronized from and to Domino. Note that the reference date is not the date when the task was created, but the date the task is scheduled for.
