E-mail synchronization settings

E-mail synchronization settings

In E-mail synchronization tab, you will see the necessary configurations for e-mails.

Synchronization of e-mails and interval
In CRM.connector for Domino, you can choose to synchronize emails or not. You can also set interval of emails.
Name of the synchronization folder and additional options
You can change path of the synchronization folder so that it can be used in the synchronization process.
Attachments settings and EML documents
You can enable or disable synchronization of attachments and also configure EML file attachments.
Synchronization success settings
You can configure successfully synchronized emails to be moved to a specified subfolder.
Synchronization failure settings
There are options you can choose whenever a synchronization fails. E-mails that fail to synchronize can be moved to a specified folder. Or, you can enable the option to notify specific users via e-mail of the failed synchronization.
Sending warning message settings
Configure how warning message should be sent to administrator.
Further e-mail settings
Configure certain e-mail types to be synchronized and the frequency of updates of folder synchronization.
