CRM.connector administration

CRM.connector gives administrators a wider range of possibilities in terms of usage because of its customizability.

The following steps have to be performed in order to install connector.

1. Create a technical user and set up domino privileges. For further details, see Creating a technical user and setting up domino privileges.
2. Install the connector for Domino. For further details, see Installing and Upgrading Connector for Domino.
3. Install and configure the CRM.interface. For further details, see Configuring the CRM.interface.
4. Configure users. For further details, see Configuration of users.
5. Create master user in Aurea CRM. For further details, see Creating a master user in Aurea CRM.
6. Create user settings. For further details, see Creating user settings in Aurea CRM.
7. Configure connector. For further details, see Configuring CRM.connector for Domino.
