Expire

The expire action is not a user initiated operation. The system automatically makes the controlled print record expires when a new version of a document is transitioned to a lifecycle stage that contains the ExpireControlPrint operation.

Once the controlled print record is updated to Expired status, the administrator should issue a recall of all printed copies.
