Description and Groups
The user permissions level is determined by inclusion in one or more of the role-based
permission groups. The permission groups are:
- User Group
- Administrator Group
- Auditor Group
The members of a user group can perform a controlled print of a document and view the controlled print. Additionally, the members can reprint and recall any controlled print that they initiated.
The members of an administrator group can view and perform limited editing on the records related to all controlled prints performed in the system. The members can issue reprint and recall previously printed records.
The members of an auditor group can view, with read-only access, all records related to all controlled prints performed in the system.
