Using Controlled Print

Use the Controlled Printing feature to control, filter, export and audit print jobs.

With the controlled printing feature, you can perform the following actions based upon the environment configurations:

• Issue a controlled print
• Reprint a copy
• Recall a controlled print
• Expire a controlled copy

The controlled print report tracks all controlled print activity. Additionally, it provides operations that can be performed on a document for which a control print was requested.
