Controlled Print Details

The controlled print summary record defines the current status of the control print record. The summary record is collapsed and can be expanded by clicking on the expansion icon.

When the summary record is expanded, the system displays one detail record for each controlled print event that occurred for that specific version of the document.

The columns on a controlled print detail record include the following:

• Action – Identifies the action being recorded
• Performed By – Identifies the user who initiated the action
• Reason – Identifies the reason entered by the user for initiating the action
• Date/Time – Identifies the date and time when the action was initiated.
