Blank/Original Printing Options

A blank copy print is a simple print with no optional banner. The blank copy prints are not tracked and managed by the system. As the permission levels are not defined at a site level, the system provides the ability to configure them at the activation level. Note that this print selection does not have a banner since it requires no designation.

You can configure the following optional features for blank copy printing:

• Establish the permission level required for blank copy printing
• Apply a pre-configured overlay template at the time the document is printed
• Configure a custom label for the NextDocs (ECB) menu.
