Opportunity Criteria Values
Learn to create new opportunity criteria values or edit existing one.
Select from the menu to manage the criteria used by opportunities. For example, these criteria are used to calculate the values on the Targets & Evaluation tab in opportunity records, e.g.:
By default, numerous criteria are predefined, and these criteria are used in various phases of the opportunity process. You can add new criteria or customize the existing criteria to meet your needs.
- Select
(Settings) > Maintenance >
Opportunity Criteria Values to display a list of all
opportunity criteria.
- Click on
(New) to add a new entry. - Enter the data and Save the record.
