Defining Service Templates

To choose a service template for either offers or reports:

1. Switch to the service offer or service report you wish to use as the template.
2. Select Use as Service Offer/Service Report Template from the context menu.

By default, two predefined service templates are available (service offer template and service report template):

Service Offer Template

Whenever a user adds a new service offer, the offer is added based on the service offer template. You can check which template is currently in use.

To view the current service offer template:

Select Settings () > Maintenance > Service Templates > Service Offer Template. The current service offer template is displayed.

Service Report Templates

Whenever a user creates a new service report, the report is generated based on the service report template. You can check which template is currently in use.

To view the current service report template:

Select Settings () > Maintenance > Service Templates > Service Report Template. The current service offer template is displayed.
