Reset Audit Log

Audit Log Entries for Reset:

All events associated with the document being reset to draft will be recorded in the Audit Log as follows:

• There will be a Workflow Started entry that records when the workflow was started and the User-ID of the person who initiated the workflow.
• There will be a Version Change entry indicating that the document version was incremented as part of the eTMF Demote Workflow. The description will contain the previous and current version numbers.
• There will be a Lifecycle Status Change entry which indicates that the document lifecycle status was updated from “Final” to “Draft” by SharePoint\system.
