Color-Code Appointments (Meetings) in Outlook

Using the Outlook option Automated Formatting, you can color-code the appointments that are synchronized with the Aurea CRM system.

In the filter of this rule you define a condition mmSyncStatus is 0. You'll find the field mmSyncStatus in the user defined fields in this filter dialogue.

For example you might want to color-code all appointments, which could not be synchronized as well. If the synchronization of an appointment fails, the field mmSyncStatus is set to a value > 0.
