NewView
This action templates displays the New view allowing the user to enter data for a new record.

It takes a fixed value of New. Setting it to any other
value does not change the fixed value, and is ignored. |

Name of the referenced view configuration. |
The following parameters are not supported in this release:

- RequestMode
- SavedAction
- SyncParentInfoAreaIds
