Learn about CRM client installation and setup.

To be able to use CRM.Client, you need:

• The CRM.Client app for the user, available in the Apple iStore or the Windows iStore free of charge.
• Mobile Services (the name of the server application enabling the use of CRM.Client), included in the installation package of Aurea CRM web and in Aurea CRM web patches.

When an Aurea CRM web version is installed, Mobile Services is automatically installed as well, if it is included in your license. The update.Mobile.Services.dll is installed in the \bin directory and the settings.xml and web.config files are changed accordingly, see Mobile Services and IIS 7.0.

You need to enable the CGI restrictions for .net Framework (.net Framework is included in your Aurea CRM web installation). Start Aurea CRM web with .net Framework 4.0 and enable the CGI restrictions.
