General check for troubleshooting.
If problems occur, check the following:
- Check the configuration settings in the web.config file.
- If an error occurs, always check the update_net.log of the Aurea CRM web installation.
- Check whether .net 4.0 is installed and used for the application pool.
- Check whether the ISAPI and CGI Restrictions for the application pool's .net Framework 4.0 are set to
allowed
