Lost Server Connection

Learn how to troubleshoot Lost Server Connection issue.

When a server connecction is not available then the CRM.Client application responds as described below:
  • If a server connection is lost after you login, then the CRM.Client application works in the offline mode. To get back to the online mode you have to log off and login again in the online mode.
  • If a server connection is not available during login then a synchronized CRM.Client switches to login in the offline mode.
