Introduction

CRM.Client application allows you to access, display and edit data stored in Aurea CRM on your tablet PC, Desktop and mobile devices running on Windows 10 or iOS operating systems.

You can use CRM.Client along with Aurea CRM Web. The CRM.Client app works independently of the CRM Web version but both of them work with the same database. Your administrator has to define the configuration so that your CRM Web and CRM.Client work with the same database.

CRM.Client supports all available verticals and all industry solutions. It is configured with CRM.designer using the update.tablet configuration as the default configuration.

Note: CRM.Client shares its default configuration (update.tablet) with CRM.mobile. Therefore, keep in mind that changes to configuration units (e.g. a Details control or a placeholder definition) may affect the appearance and/or functionality of both applications.
Warning: Apply the latest update.tablet configuration from CRM.Web version 11.2.22 or higher. The file contains the smartbook:client_ui_text which holds all the UI texts introduced by the user with CRM.Client. The fix ensures that the text is displayed in the language selected. Otherwise, all the interface reverts to the default texts in English.

Users can work with CRM.Client online as well as offline, therefore, data must be regularly synchronized.

Important: The CRM.Client Administrator guide provides details on the configuration nodes which are supported by CRM.Client. Feature and parameters that do not appear in this guide must be considered as not supported.
