Enabling a Disabled Group
To enable a disabled group:
- Select the team context.
- In the left navigation menu Groups section, select the group type (Broadcast Groups, Escalation Groups, or Smart Groups).
- View disabled groups by clicking Show Disabled button. Disabled groups are shown with the word disabled within parentheses beside the group name.
- Click the desired group name to select the group.
- Select Update Status > Enable Group.
The group name now appears without the word disabled in parentheses on the Broadcast Group, Escalation Group, or Smart Group page.
