Field Help

Learn about the Field Help user interface.

Aurea software AG provides an Excel file that contains descriptions of the fields in the default version of the software. This Excel file can be customized by your administrator to reflect your system's configuration and can be imported into the Aurea CRM database. In this case, you can access the online field help.

If you move your mouse cursor over a field name, a tooltip is displayed containing information on the data stored in the field.
