Additional Telephone Fields in the Data Model
Additional telephone fields can be added to the data model.

Telephone fields can be added to all info areas. These telephone fields also include a telephone icon and can be used to carry out calls in conjunction with CRM.phone.
Note: If the Search option is enabled in the data model (Telephone
cell), additional telephone fields in the Company and
Person info areas and their dependent info areas are
transferred to the Tel. No./E-mail info area. These fields
are available when searching for telephone numbers. Only additional fields in the
Company and Person info areas
can be used by the quick dial function.
