About CRM.phone
CRM.phone for Aurea.CRM is a softphone solution for users of both Aurea.CRM win and Aurea.CRM web.
CRM.phone is not a standard Aurea.CRM component, and must be acquired separately. If you have installed CRM.phone, you need to configure the component in the Rights module.
As administrator, your tasks include:
- setting up CRM.phone's base configuration,
- defining telephone profiles and assigning these profiles to users,
- configuring system settings,
- configuring actions,
- defining tasks and conditions,
- and much more
