By default the selected profile is "TE_Phone_Profile_Demo" which uses uppDemo.dll. Select "TE_Phone_Profile_Standard" to use the uppTapiExt.dll.

Software that must be installed on every client:

• Tapi phone client of your telephone system
• CRM.phone
