Displaying a Record's History

Learn how to display a record's history.

You can display the history of records in some info areas (provided you have the necessary access rights). Changes in the history include both those made manually by users and those carried out automatically (e.g. as a result of importing data, triggers or the business logic).

If available, the history is displayed in a tab in the Related Data area. For performance reasons, the history is not always updated immediately after each change.

To display the history:

  1. Switch to a record in an info area that includes a history (e.g. Company or Activity).
  2. Click on History under Related Data.

    The history of changes is displayed. The following options are available:

    • Click (Most Recent Changes) to display the most recent changes to each field. Edits are sorted by date and time.
    • Click (All Changes) to display all changes. Edits are sorted by field name.
