Promoted items - Overview
The Bonzai Intranet promoted items feature allow you to promote items within Bonzai Intranet.
Item promotion can be used for two main use cases:
- Promote Items: In this case you can show items in any order, such as date, but want to call out specific item that is visually different than the others. The promoted items feature shows a call out on the specific item that.
- Pin Items: In this case you can have some items appears in front of others – essentially pinning an item so that it appears first. A great example of this would be the ability to have an event that appear first in a list with all other events coming after it in alphabetical order.
The promoted item feature is available on most web part in Bonzai Intranet and can be configured quickly and easily.
