Content targeting category

A Content Targeting Category is a category of options that you wish to target content on. In the above example there are two Content Targeting Categories:

• Location
• Job Role

Please note that users cannot select the category itself but only options within the category. If a user would like to select all options within a particular category, then they simply click on the check box to the right of the category and all will be selected.

Content targeting option

Each Content Targeting Category has a number of Content Targeting Options. In the above example the following are options:

• New York, Sydney and Vancouver are options for the Location Category
• Associate, Lawyer and Para Legal are option for the Job Role Category

Example of targeted content

Following are the most common way to target content to users on yourBonzai Intranet:

• By Location/Region - Users have a list of locations that they can choose from to have content
• By Department - Users have a list of departments that they can choose to see the appropriate content
• By Job Role - Content such as news or documents can be targeted to a particular job role
