Managing Bank Codes

You can store the details of banking institutes, e.g. bank code, name and address.

To add this information:

1. Select (Info) > Bank Code.
2. Enter the details and save.

If you edit the data in a bank code record, the changes are automatically applied to all bank account details and products where the bank code is entered.

• To prevent changes being applied to bank account details and products, enable the Do not transfer bank code changes field. This removes the link to the associated bank code in existing records.
• To prevent changes being applied to products, enable the Do not transfer bank d changes field in the corresponding product record (you may need to display all fields in the info area to access this field). This removes the link to the associated bank account details.
