Introduction
CRM.connectLive is a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook available for Outlook 2010 and higher.
You can access update.CRM data directly from Microsoft Outlook and link e-mails and appointments to records in the database (if data is synchronized with CRM.connector).
You have direct access to a contact person's data and to child records as defined by your administrator. The default version displays contacts, opportunities or projects involving the contact person. Your administrator can add any info area that you need to access for your work.
If you receive an e-mail, the update.CRM database is automatically searched for the sender's e-mail address. If found, the contact person's data such as name, company, address, phone number etc. is displayed. Your administrator defines which data is displayed.
The screenshots in this document may be different from the user interface of the version you are using. CRM.connectLive is configured by your administrator to meet the needs of your work environment. For example, different info areas may be available for you.
