Commands and actions

You should provide information on the commands and associated actions in a process.

The following should be documented:

• The name of the command in Aurea CRM; e.g. Double-click inList
• Any conditions and restrictions that affect the execution of the command
• The associated action(s); e.g. create child process 2. Remember that the order in which commands are executed can affect the behavior of the workflow.
• Any parameters used by the command and/or action.
• User prompts and how the responses influence the course of actions.
• Any changes to the database carried out by the action. You should list both the info area and field that are affected.
