Here you can define additional pieces of metadata in the type ahead search box:

Additional Search Filters

Additional search filters

This allows you to define the filters that needs to be visible on the People Hub web part.

They are entered in the format Label:Managed Property and can be used to create your own custom filters for people.

Sort Order

This defines the order in which the search filters are returned.

If Count is chosen, then the filters is sorted by Count, as below, with options that correspond to the most hits on the top:
