Downloading Your Account Information
You can download a user report containing your account information as a comma separated values (CSV) file.
To download your account information:
- Log in to AlertFind, then click My Account from the navigation menu. Your User Overview page appears.
- Click Report at the top of the User Overview page.
- Follow the dialog box instructions to save or open the CSV file.
