Changing Your PIN

You use your PIN to access your Hotline notification Inbox and to hear or read notifications that require authentication. The person sending each notification determines whether you must authenticate yourself before you hear or read the notification.

To change your PIN:

  1. Log in to AlertFind, then click My Account from the navigation menu. Your User Overview page appears.
  2. Click Change PIN at the top of the User Overview page.
  3. Enter your new PIN into the New PIN and Confirm PIN fields.
  4. Click Save to save your changes and return to the User Overview page.
