Bonzai Intranet central administration configuration
Configure the Bonzai Intranet settings in Central Administration. For navigation copy the term store values from the Bonzai Intranet Site collection settings page to the Central Administration Bonzai Intranet Settings page. Also, ensure the Bonzai Intranet URL is specified.
Now browse to the site, you can see the navigation and errors have disappeared.
