Synchronizing Attachments

Attachments stored for appointments and e-mails can be synchronized and linked to the corresponding contact record in Aurea CRM.

Your administrator can determine:

  • Whether attachments are synchronized.
  • The maximum size and type of the attachments to be synchronized.
  • Whether e-mails (including attachments) are stored as MSG files in the Aurea CRM database.
Note: Attachments for recurring appointments cannot be synchronized.
