Intended Audience
This book is written for team leaders. Team leaders are responsible for administering teams, managing team members, creating groups and incidents, and sending and managing notifications (notices, alerts, and messages). Depending on how the product is configured for your organization, some features described in the documentation may not be available to you. This book assumes that you have good general computer skills.
Conventions
The documentation uses certain typographical conventions to make references to product elements easier to recognize and understand. These are described in the following table.
