The Data Received/Sent Summary report provides a summary count of transactions received/sent by the trading partner for a specified date range.
When choosing Data Received/Sent Summary under Report Type, the following filters are available to refine your search:
- Direction – Here you can select Received or Sent depending on the need.
- From and To – Here you can enter a date and time range to refine your search result.
- Exclude Transaction Sets – This filter allows you to refine your search by excluding particular transaction types.
- Sort By – This filter allows you to sort the search result based on:
- Transaction Set
- Trading Partner
After defining the search criteria, click Submit to start your search. You can also click Reset if you want to restart your selection process.
The search results include a summary of the volume of specific transaction types per trading partner. This enables you to monitor the transaction volume for the selected date range. Use the scroll bars and navigational links at bottom of the page to move through the list of transactions returned for your search. The following details are shown for each transaction listed in the search results:
- Trans Set – Transaction type
- Set Sub – Transaction subtype, if applicable
- Indicator – Indicator associated with the transaction type
- Partner Name – Name of the trading partner associated with the transaction
- Count – Number of transactions for the specified transaction type
