The home page of AES xChange web portal provides various tabs at the top of the page with each tab representing a different application.

Transactions tab – This tab contains all the available reports related to the processing of your EDI data. For more information,see Transactions Tab.

Prospects tab – This tab offers the ability to request Pre-Enrollment Historical Usage data for both our Supplier and Broker clients. Most historical usage is delivered in AES xChange’s proprietary PRISM format in less than 24 hours. Click on this tab for more information regarding the service.

Settlements tab – This tab is designed to automate the Settlement Data Processing through online data presentation that supports searching, sorting, filtering, and downloading of data. Click on this tab for more information regarding the service.
In AES xChange web portal, you can also click the Version: x.x.x on the footer from anywhere in the application to see the release notes explaining improvements and changes in each version.
Additionally, there are also options to:

Sign Out – The logout option is available on the navigation bar at all times. Click your username drop down to sign out of the web reports at any time. Please always log out of the web reports rather than closing your browser.

View Session Inactive limit - There is a time limit for accessing the portal. If your session is inactive for over 60 minutes, you will automatically be redirected to the login screen.

Contact AES xChange - At the footer of the screen is the phone number to contact support.
